The winter shooting leagues are open to all Men, Women and junior pistol and rifle shooters of all skill levels from beginner to expert. This year there will be a “Hunter Class” format for Rimfire Rifle for those people who do not have “target” rifles. This format was included to try to encourage beginners to participate, so if you know of someone interested in shooting, bring them along. The details for the “Hunter Class” format are listed below.

General Information

When:

Tue 7 Feb, ending on Tue 28 Mar. (8 weeks)

On Tuesday 07 February 2006 starting at 5:30 pm, there will be a sign up, with shooting scheduled to start at 6:00 P.M. sharp, starting with the Rimfire Rifle event, followed by the pistol events in the order listed below. Scores from week #1 will not count towards average, but will be used to establish initial rankings for new shooters. Past shooters will maintain their respective ranking from the previous year.

Fee:

The fee will be $30.00 for an individual league, $35.00 if participating in more than one league. (No additional range fees are required to shoot league nights.) All junior shooters are required to have full adult supervision. There is no charge for junior shooters providing they have a valid membership.

League Format:

For each league, shooters will be ranked, from Beginner to Expert so shooters of equal skill compete against one another. Two handed class for pistol shooters.
